This is a favorite section to most all Moonshine Festival attendees and quite honestly, what made our festival "famous".  The Moonshine Festival in Dawsonville has become the largest gathering of moonshine hauling cars in the United States. The vision Gordon Pirkle and the four original moonshine cars that started this tradition back in the early 1980's (pictured above) had no idea how this feature would add to our worthwhile event. Currently, these beauties park under and all around the City's Farmer's Market awning and the site is simply breathtaking!
